Description Of Changes:    Add To: Y Sub From:N Remodeling was done by Norval Julnes. 1967 - a 12' 8 x 19' 4 family room was added (Robert G. Frankenberger, architect). The porch was converted to a dining room and enlarged in 1983. The master bedroom was enlarged in 1985. In 1986 the outside rear balcony was removed as it was rotting out.

Story 1: Jeff Anderson, Bob & Helen's son, was one of the founders of Chi-Chi's restaurant and is a prime owner of Rookwood Plaza on Madison and Edwards Road.

Tom Proctor died 7 October, 2015, aged 88 years. Tom grew up at 614 Floral with his brother Stu. In the 1950s he and Mary Ann rented the upstairs of the Rugby house on the corner of Terrace Place (330 Rugby).  Mary Ann Geringer Proctor died1 November 2017 in Milford OH, aged 89 years.  She was married to Thomas T. Proctor for more than 65 years.


Story 3: Norval Julnes was born 22 May 1927 and died 24 July 1992, aged 65 years. Marilyn Wunker Julnes was born 2 December 1928 and died 23 July 2003, aged 74 years. They are both buried in St. Thomas Church Columbarium, Section 7, Niche 193.  Dr. George David Julnes, son of Norvel & Marilyn Julnes, died a few weeks before his 67th birthday.  He was a professor at the University of New Mexico-Albuquerque.
