Description:    Originally a 2 story brick Colonial, hip roof, with 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and  attached garage.  In 1998 it had a foyer, living room, library, powder room, dining room, kitchen, eating area and family room on the first floor.  The second floor had 4 bedrooms and 2 baths.  The lower level had a rec room and walk in cedar closet.

Story 1: This home of Mr. & Mrs. (Sandra) David Bowen was on the 1980 December 7 Christmas in the Park TP Garden Club House Tour. It was a Sunday, homes were open from 3-7 PM and advance tickets were $2.50, $3 on the day. Proceeds were used for beautification of the village.
