Story 1: The Steigerwalds bought this house from the builders in 1960. They rented 410 Elm Avenue that summer before moving in - mother, father, grandpa and 5 children.

Kathryn Kay Ann Steigerwald died 13 September 2010 in Florida. Her husband, Delbert, died in 2001.Their sonn, Dale William Steigerwald, died of natural causes in Ithaca NY,  20 March 2018.  He was 67 years old and born in Cleveland OH.
