Description:    2 story, brick & siding, gable roof.  Before upstairs remodeling there were 2 bedrooms and a half bath - only full bath was downstairs.  Stegemeyers made it into 4 bedrooms and a full bath.   1974 (after 1970s additions) - 4  bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, entry hall, tiled tub and shower.  Large patio deck off the living room.  2 car carport with garden storage.  Front porch across front of house.

Story 1: Lee Stegemeyer was editor writer of the Cincinnati Enquirer's About Stamps & Coins column for 20 years, continuing even after moving to Florida. Native and long time resident of Terrace Park (grew up at 903 Elm). Fire Chief 9 years.
