Description Of Changes:   1966 - Bill Howard added a bedroom and sink in a corner of the basement. 1999 - totally remodeled by Drackett & Harth for Paul Smith. Was a 1 story brick and siding ranch; now a 2 story transitional (Architct: Architects Plus). Demolition prior to remodeling; demolition of interior and minor extension.  

Stories:

Story 1: There were three Pauly brothers. This house was built by Pauly & Pauly Company. (Two of the brothers - R. Corwin Pauly is Lanie Greever's father. David B. Pauly is Lanie's uncle.) They built the house for the 3rd brother, George D. Pauly & his wife Mary . They built Pease and National package homes.
Story 2: Henry Lyman Greer was born 4 June 1901 & died (aged 80 years) 13 August 1981, buried 15 August in Spring Grove Cemetery, Cincinnati OH. Was he the father of Diana Greer and Barbara Self?Diana Greer died July 2, 2002.
