Description:    1 story Gunnison Ranch, wood panel and clapboard siding, gable roof.  The Gallaghers built their Gunnison after the Mullikins (504 Yale).

Description Of Changes:   1952 - side porch converted to a dining room. Kitchen doubled in size. Room built on the back of the house. Porch added to the back. Garage moved to the back of the lot. (Dick Bousman of 721 Myrtle built the addition to the Gunnison. The architect was Wilbur M. Firth, registered architect with the State of Ohio, 7124 Montgomery Road, Silverton OH. The Terrace Park Historical Society has a copy of the plans, a gift from Eleanor Gallagher: lot on Myrtle; side, rear, side & front elevations; Foundation Plan; First Floor Plan.) 1962 - patio added off the porch. 1982 - little pool added. (all by the Gallaghers)

Story 1: The Gallaghers moved into their house 1 month before the birth of their first child. They brought up 3 children (Timothy, Gay and Joyce) here and in 1996 Graydon and Eleanor had lived happily there for 55 years (over 60 years before Graydon died.)
