D. and taught thermodynamics at the University of Michigan and was Head of the Graduate Engineering School there. He is the author of 10 engineering books 1 of which is considered the Bible of thermodynamics. His books have been translated into 14 languages. He was an advisor/consultant to NASA in its early years.
Story 3: Edwin J. Sonntag died September 2, 1970. Edna Marie Sonntag was born 16 November 1896 and died 13 March 1989, aged 92 years, buried Rose Hill Cemetery, Chicago IL. Dorothy died but we don't know when.
