Story 1: Lot purchased from the builder. Original lot 100' x 150'. Additional land purchased in 1964 making the lot 110' x 500', extending it so one corner is on the bank of the Little Mimi River. Most of the lot was at one time part of the Terrace Park Country Club.
Story 2: Jean Zumsteg died Dec 13, 2003 and was buried in Armstrong Chapel Cemetery 16 December 2003, Section 3, Row 67 Grave 3. Frederick Zumsteg died May 26, 2006 and was buried in Armstrong Chapel Cemetery 30 May 2006, Section 3, Row 67, Grave 4. He was a World War II veteran.
