Stories:
Story 1: Mrs. Manly traded part of her land to Mr. Critchell for 180' of front footage (easement for street) for Michigan Avenue development.Story 2: St. Thomas Church bought 97 Miami from Mrs. Manly in 1972 for use as a parking lot but instead rented it to a Vietnamese family, Kan and Sanith Oum. When vacated it was used for a church clothing exchange. It was sold to one of the Gallagher daughters. It was sold to Adams for someone else which never came through so he rented it out.
Story 3: Vivian Krueger is the daughter of Eldred J. (Gary) & Lidalee Garrison (see 713 Franklin).
Story 4: According to St. Thomas Church records, Marjorie Johnson Manley (sister of Dee Cutler 404 Stanton) was born 6 July 1915 and died 1 May 2005, aged 79 years, buried in St. Thomas Church Columbarium, Section 1, Niche 16, Craver-Riggs Funeral Home. (Another source says Marjorie died 15 April 2005)
