Story 1: House built by Charles Meurer (731 Miami), artist, for his daughter Caroline Meurer (died 1994) and her husband Anton Burger.Interior pictures in TP Historical Society house notebook. Tina Hesser has a book handwritten by Caroline Meurer Burger, which contains information about the planning and building of the house: started in August 1938 and finished in 1939.
Story 2: The land between 801 and 809 Miami was divided between the 2 when the Kennedys sold in 1997/8: 85' to 809 Miami and 135' to 801 Miami. The intent was that the land could not be built on.
