Story 4: Catherine E. Ferris, who owned the land from 13/14/August 1940 to 16 January 1948 (see Deeds) was born 12 December 1917 and died (aged 63 years) 30 May 1981, buried 3 June 1981 in Spring Grove Cemetery, Cincinnati OH. .
Story 5: Richard A. Fluke was born 3 September 1896 and died 6 November 1988, aged 92 years. He was cremated. Leah Elizabeth Pat (nee Patterson) Fluke died 6 January 2006, aged 90 years, George H. Robe & Son Funeral Home
