Story 1: The Proctors first lived in Terrace Park in 1950 when they rented the upstairs of 206 Stanton from the Bierys. When the house was to be turned into a 1 family house, they moved to Milford where they lived 7 years. Then they built their 806 Princeton House and moved there.
