Description Of Changes:   1962 - John G. Story 1: Ruth Clayton, daughter of Fred Strathmore, says the house was built in 1928-29.
Story 2: Dorothy Rixey - daughter of Meyers at 203 Cambridge. Eppa Rixey Jr. - Hall of Fame pitcher for the Cincinnati Reds.(See also Eugene Franklin Bubbles Hargrave at 622 Miami.) Rixey's daughter was Ann Chase Rixey who married J. Sikes. (see more information at 2 Lexington Circle)
