Stories:
Story 1: From Robin Murphy: Home of GREAT significant interest because it is probably the only house in Terrace Park that hasn't gone from a 1 story to a 2 story or been leveled and rebuilt, there have been no additions, no in ground pools added and no Jacuzzis can be found in the bathroom. I think, however the septic tank was pumped out recently (1996).Story 2: Robin Murphy is the Bente's daughter (901 Stanton).
Story 3: See e-mail from Bob Town Jr. in the TP Historical Society archives for more information.
Story 4: Robert John Town Jr. was born 18 August 1905 and died 17 May 1980, aged 74 years (cremated, Hill Side Chapel). According to his son, Bob Jr., he married Harriet Ash in 1957. Bob Jr. was at Miami University and lived there several summers with them until his graduation.
