It was not the same floor plan as 620 Lexington next door. 620 & 627 Lexington Avenue were both built in 1950.Story 2: Robert Pickwood Gammons was born 25 August 1917 and died 24 July 2001, aged 84 years. Helen Hardy Gammons was born 8 January 1918 and died 15 February 2002, aged 84 years. They are both buried in St. Thomas Church Columbarium, Section 1, Niche 10, Craver-Riggs Funeral Home.
