Description Of Changes:    1963 - Robert Chambers built a one car detached garage. c1983/84 - MacKenzies added the rear section of the house including a garage and finished the second floor. 1993 - permit for Paul Gibby & Camilla Warwick to build an 8.75' x 16' deck with steps to the rear of the property (Yuli Kitaevich, contractor). 2002 - permit for Paul Gibby to add and remodel, kitchen expansion (Epic Construction, contractor and Hans Nuetzel, architect). 2005 permit for Gibby to add new free standing garage/workshop. Yancey/Gibby.

Story 1: Robert C. Chambers was born 10 January 1903 & died (aged 78 years) 16 April 1981, buried 22 April 1981. Martha Cross Chambers was born 30 September 1905 & died (aged 75 years) 20 April 1981, buried 22 April 1981. Both are buried in Spring Grove Cemetery.
Story 2: Camilla Warwick, gifted writer, dead at 47. Columnist, reporter understood emotional impact of language. Gregg MacMillan on the death of Camilla in June 2002.
