Stories:

Story 1: One of only 2 houses in the International style homes built in Terrace Park and one of the few built in all of Cincinnati. The only one now left in Terrace Park is at 803 Floral.
Story 2: More from Doug Channer (see 319 Harvard): the cupola on the top of this house was built by Doug and his father and was used to house the exhaust fan that cooled the house, this being before most houses had air conditioning. (More information on Doug and his family in the TP Historical Society file.)
Story 3: See Story 4, 319-1 Harvard.
Story 4: There are before & after pictures in the house notebooks at the Historical Society. These show the house as it was when the Kennedys bought it and after they worked on it.
