Story 1: Lot originally owned by Sibleys in 311 Harvard. Used as a garden plot with pools, many flowers and especially lovely peonies. The Sibley garden was where the 313 Harvard house now is. The lot also had a swimming pool where the 313 Harvard garage is.
Story 2: Delancy Lanny Edward McGowan was born 18 August 1922 and died 1 May 2000, aged 77 years. His ashes were scattered.
