Description:    Thought to be Sears "The Somerset" (model years 1917-25) but can't be if built in 1912.  Are there blue prints somewhere?  (page 46 in Houses by Mail)  This needs further research.  Siding, gable roof.

Description Of Changes:   1994 permit to Elizabeth Smith-Peterson to enclose the porch (George Guens, contractor). 1998 - Cynthia Smith-Peterson replaced the front porch (A. P. Long Co., contractor).

Sears Somerset.  According to Cindy Cattanzaro, Sears researcher, this is not documented but has original brackets & 3 leaded glass window.
