Stories:

Story 1: Mrs. Carl (Perky) Ruck - president TP Garden Club 1945-47.

819 Floral Ave is a Sears Crafton model.  It was originally financed through Sears Roebuck, E Harrison Powell, Trustee, on 4 Apr 1931.   The mortgagor was Wm H Eigher Jr.  There were actually two mortgages written at the time of purchase of the Sears kit, a first mortgage and a "junior" mortgage.  We have found this to have been quite common on houses financed through Sears in the early 1930's.

The Crafton was a simple home design, and without the financing record would be easy to overlook as being from Sears.  (Sent from Cindy Catanzaro)
