Story 1: James Harkness Stoehr Sr. was born 17 Nov 1899. He married Martha Mundy (625 Elm) and died 6 April 1946, aged 47 years, buried 10 Apr 1946 in Spring Grove Cemetery, W. Mack Johnson Funeral Home. The Stoehr's son, Jim Jr. later lived at 604 Marietta with his first wife, Olga. He is also buried in Spring Grove Cemetery. Jim Jr's sister, Katherine Diggy, married Bill Funke (800 Stanton), Helen Tollefsen's brother. Diggy and Bill graduated from Terrace Park High School: Diggy in 1943, Bill in 1947. Jim was in the same class with Bill but graduated from Walnut Hills High School and earned a BS in Engineering from Brown University. He was an Air Force pilot in the Korean War before coming home to work in the same industry as his father: Flooring.Story 2: Paul John Mackenzie died 20 March 2004, aged 87 years.
