Description:    Originally 1 story (probably 2nd floor added in 1999/2000 remodeling) stucco English Cottage Ranch with dark cedar trim.  Open lower level rear.  Four bedrooms, family room, porch, den, living room, dining room, kitchen and two baths.  Lower level three bedrooms, pool room, laundry, 3rd small garage, basement & lower level. 2 fireplaces.

Description Of Changes:    Replaces Miami Grove upper cottages (42, 43, 44, 45, 46 & 47 Elm) burned by Terrace Park Fire Department in 1967. Porch enclosed. Other changes by Hindert. 1999/2000 - Hindert addition over garage and major remodeling including landscaping with fish pond, courtyard in front replacing circular driveway, garage became study (Architects Plus, architect; Stock Keffer, contractor).  

Stories:

Village of Terrace Park bought Miami Grove cottages plus Elm Ledge area from Alvin Hodges in 1966 and put three upper Ledge lots up for open bid. Ferd Critchell and Norvel Julnes were the successful bidders.
