Description Of Changes:    Replaces Miami Grove upper cottages (42, 43, 44, 45, 46 & 47 Elm) burned by Terrace Park Fire Department 1967.  

Stories:

Story 1: Village of Terrace Park bought Miami Grove cottages plus Elm Ledge area from Alvin Hodge in 1966 and put three upper Ledge lots up for open bid. Ferd Critchell and Norval Julnes were the successful bidders.
Story 2: When they were digging for the foundation to this house they found there was conglomerate rock underneath but not under the house being built next door for the Julnes family.
Story 3: Pamela Trafton Keena Bell died 6 Mar 2015, aged 78 years. Burial at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
