Story 1: Seven houses were built by J. Carey Fitzpatrick (Carey Homes) on Elm Court in 1993 and 1994. Lots 6 (965) and 8 (920) were unsold at the time of his bankruptcy and therefore were sold back to the 5th/3rd Bank.
Story 2: According to Village Views February 2003 Steve & Janet Morgan in February 2002 took possession of a lot and foundation and by July they had moved into their custom-designed new home.
