Description Of Changes:    1980 - kitchen enlarged and 20' x 15' sun room added. 1989 - family room, front hall and master bath enlarged. Garage made side rather than front entry. At least some remodeling done by Norval Julnes. 1999 - Koreman addition (Contractor: Ryan Remodeling Inc.). 1999 - Koreman remodeled the 2nd floor: hall bath, removed walls to combine 2 bedrooms into 1, miscellaneous closet changes. Remodeling in basement (Architect: Architects Plus; Contractor: Ryan Remodeling). Also redesigned the kitchen, expanded the family room and added a laundry room.

Story 2: The Jeff and Tammy Koreman home was on the 2000 Sunday December 3 Terrace Park Garden Club Home Tour. Homes were open 1-5 PM. The Community House was open from 12-5 PM for Holiday Fair. refreshments, ticket sales and restrooms. Proceeds were used to continue the beautification of our village.
