Story 1: This house was built for the market by Walter Gingrich.  The Swenssons were moving from Pittsburgh to the Cincinnati area to work for the Witt Co.   The Witts lived in Terrace Park (822 Lexington) and persuaded them that it was alright for them both to live in Terrace Park so they bought 620 Floral.
